Meet our neighbour! :)

From Malaysia, Zee Avi 25-year-old singer/songwriter. She made it big through videos of her playing live gigs around Kuala Lumpur and posted them on her YouTube channel. Singer/songwriter Kris Rowley stumbled upon them and gained an interest in her performances. Thus, resulting in him posting her videos on his Youtube channel. There were many positive responses and the buzz about her kept growing. She then wrote and performed her own song called "No Christmas for me" which is claimed to be her last video posting on YouTube, she found herself swamped with offers from record labels. And at last she signed with Monotone Records/Brushfire.

How inspiring can she be! This is what you call real talent. Her story tells us that nothing is impossible. Just do what you are passionate and interested in doing and one day you will get rewarded for it. Well, in her case, she got signed to a record label! If she can, you can too :)
